CNC Machining FAQs
What is the difference between CNC Milling and Turning?
In CNC milling, the cutting tool rotates and moves across a stationary workpiece to create flat or complex prismatic shapes. In CNC turning, the workpiece rotates at high speed while a stationary cutting tool shapes it, making it ideal for cylindrical parts.
What are your standard CNC machining lead times?
For rapid prototyping and low-volume batches, we typically deliver within 3-7 days. Larger production runs take 2-4 weeks depending on material availability, part complexity, and required surface finishes.
How do I get a quote for my parts?
You can upload your 3D CAD files (STEP, IGES, X_T) and 2D PDF drawings via our Quote page. Our engineering team provides a free DFM review and pricing within 24 hours.
