Custom Surface Finishing
Services
Elevate your CNC machined and fabricated parts. Huade Precision offers a complete suite of in-house surface treatments to enhance aesthetics, increase durability, and provide critical environmental protection.
Why Surface Finishing Matters
Environmental Protection
Raw metals naturally oxidize. Processes like Anodizing, Black Oxide, and Powder Coating create a barrier against rust, chemicals, and extreme weather.
Mechanical Performance
Enhance the functional properties of your components. Hardcoat anodizing drastically increases wear resistance, while polishing reduces friction in dynamic assemblies.
Cosmetic Excellence
Remove tooling marks with bead blasting or vapor smoothing, and apply custom RAL colors to ensure your parts look as premium as they perform.

Aluminum Anodizing
Enhance corrosion resistance and surface hardness. Available in Type II (Decorative/Colors) and Type III (Hardcoat) strictly following MIL-A-8625 standards.
View SpecsBead Blasting
A mechanical process using fine glass beads to erase CNC tool marks, providing a premium, uniform matte or satin finish. Perfect prep for anodizing.
View SpecsPolishing
Mechanical and hand polishing services for metals and plastics. Achieve anything from a smooth satin sheen to a flawless, highly reflective mirror finish.
View SpecsVapor Smoothing
Chemical vapor polishing designed specifically for plastics. Restores optical clarity to machined Polycarbonate/Acrylic and effectively seals 3D printed parts.
View SpecsBlack Oxide
A chemical conversion coating for steel and stainless steel. It adds zero measurable thickness, making it the perfect anti-glare finish for precision gears and threads.
View SpecsPowder Coating
Industrial-grade protection. Applied electrostatically and oven-cured to provide extreme durability. Available in standard RAL colors, sand, and wrinkle textures.

Finishing FAQs
Can I combine multiple surface finishes?
Yes, combining finishes is common. For example, Aluminum parts are frequently Bead Blasted to remove machining marks and then Type II Anodized to add color and corrosion resistance.
Will surface finishing alter the dimensions of my part?
Yes, most coatings add material (like Powder Coating or Anodizing), while mechanical processes remove material (like Polishing or Blasting). Black Oxide is the exception, adding zero measurable thickness. You must account for these changes in your CAD design or specify masking areas.
Do you provide standalone finishing services?
We primarily offer surface finishing as an integrated service for parts we CNC machine or fabricate in-house. This allows us to guarantee the strict tolerances and quality control from raw material to final component.
