Metal Machining FAQs

Do you provide material certifications (MTC)?

Yes. We provide full material traceability for all metal components. Upon request, we supply EN 10204 3.1 Material Test Certificates (MTC) and Certificate of Conformance (CoC) to guarantee chemical composition and mechanical properties.

What are your standard machining tolerances for metals?

Our standard CNC machining tolerance for metals is ±0.05mm (ISO 2768-m). However, utilizing our advanced 5-axis milling and live-tooling turning centers, we can reliably achieve elite tolerances down to ±0.005mm for critical aerospace and medical features.

Can you machine exotic alloys like Inconel and Titanium?

Absolutely. Huade Precision specializes in hard-milling extreme-environment superalloys. We utilize high-pressure coolant systems, rigid workholding, and specialized ceramic/carbide tooling to overcome the rapid work-hardening issues typical of Inconel 718 and Titanium Grade 5.

How do I choose the right metal for my project?

It depends on your application. For lightweight strength, choose Aluminum 7075. For extreme corrosion resistance, select Stainless Steel 316L. If you need immense heat resistance, opt for Inconel. Our engineers offer free DFM (Design for Manufacturability) consulting to help you select the optimal alloy.
